Waze GPS, the revolutionary GPS navigation system that brings Social Media interactions to GPS navigation for the benefit of travelers, is sponsoring a new contest. Entitled “Waze Across America”, this contest encourages users of Waze to contribute to the user-generated maps that make this application useful.

To participate:

  • Download Waze (for free).
  • Send a Waze road report to other users in your area.
  • Keep Waze on until you arrive at your destination.
  • One out of the first 100 unique road reporters in each state wins!

A lucky winner will receive a MyTouch 3G.  Even if you don’t win the grand prize, there still is a chance to win.  Waze will send the top 5 Waze road reporters (by frequency)in the first 10 states to reach 100 reports a bag of goodies… wonder what that entails?

For full details of this contest check out the Waze blog.  Good luck!
