So, last night, about 3 am, I received a notification on my phone. Apparently the cupcake update was available as an OTA update for my ADP1 phone. This morning, I immediately downloaded and rebooted the phone.
After about five minutes, the 44MB file was downloaded, the phone had restarted twice and Cupake was ready. ...
